Thank you for visiting the BCA website. We believe that ready access to helpful information will allow us to better serve our community and to meet the BCA objective which is “to speak and act for its members in such a way that members’ quality of life and property values will be maintained and improved while preserving the spirit of friendliness, good will and good intent among the people of Bentwater”.

We have provided a Classifieds section where members can advertise items and services for sale. And if you’re looking for a plumber or other service provider, check out the Neighbor-to-Neighbor section where members provide testimonials on venders they have used.

The BCA is currently pursuing two major programs that will improve our Bentwater experience. The Water Wise Program has the potential to save as much as 25% of our water which will save money today and help secure our water for the future. We are also helping homeowners save money on their taxes by  assisting in evaluating their home Appraisal Value in the Property Tax Program.
